What does Treadstone Canada do?
Treadstone Canada is an export trading company based in Mississauga, Ontario. We source premium Canadian products — including cosmetics, vitamins, hair care, and personal care — and manage the complete export process to buyers worldwide. We handle sourcing, documentation, customs clearance, and freight.
Which countries do you export to?
We export to over 50 countries across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe, and beyond. Popular destinations include UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, Nigeria, Kenya, the UK, and many more. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, contact us and we'll confirm.
Are the products you sell authentic and genuine?
Yes — 100%. We source exclusively from licensed Canadian distributors and authorised retailers. Every product is authentic, legally sourced within Canada, and compliant with Health Canada regulations. We do not deal in grey market, counterfeit, or unauthorised products.
Can you source a specific brand or product not listed on your website?
Absolutely. Our product pages showcase our most popular categories but we can source almost any Canadian consumer product. Simply contact us or submit a quote request with the specific brand and product details and we'll confirm availability and pricing.
Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order value is typically CAD ,000. We can accommodate small sample orders for new customers wanting to test products before committing to larger volumes. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How do I get a price quote?
Use our Request a Quote page, email us at business@treadstonecanada.ca, or call +1 647 807 5025. We'll respond within 24 hours with product availability, pricing, and shipping options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank wire transfers (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C) for large orders, and Western Union for smaller transactions. Payment terms are discussed at the time of order confirmation. We typically require a deposit before shipping.
Shipping & Logistics
Do you offer both air and sea freight?
Yes. We offer air freight for smaller, time-sensitive orders and sea freight (FCL and LCL) for larger volume shipments. We'll recommend the most cost-effective and practical shipping method based on your order size, destination, and timeline.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight typically takes 3–7 business days to most destinations. Sea freight takes 15–45 days depending on the destination port. We'll provide estimated delivery timelines at the time of your quote.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We handle the Canadian export side — all export documentation, customs clearance out of Canada, and freight booking. For import clearance at the destination, we work with your local customs agent or can recommend trusted partners in major markets.
What documents do you provide with shipments?
We provide all standard export documents including: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, and any product-specific certificates (e.g. Health Canada certificates, CFIA certificates) as required by the destination country.
Products & Compliance
Are the vitamins and health products Health Canada approved?
Yes. All vitamins and health supplements we export carry valid Natural Product Numbers (NPN) issued by Health Canada, confirming they are safe, effective, and of high quality. This is a significant advantage for importing countries that require regulatory documentation.
Can you provide private label or OEM products?
